Responsible for operational and casino performance analysis reports. A lead role in developing annual business plans, departmental budgets, performance metrics and forecasts.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 or more years experience in finance or accounting with 2 years of planning and financial analysis
Experience with coordinating and facilitating annual business plans and budgets for a large company
Project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects
Excellent Microsoft modeling and reporting skills using Excel, FRx, Word, and PowerPoint (Access, MAS200, Oracle Discoverer, BI software, a plus)
Knowledge to create graphs, charts, benchmarks, and analytical performance comparisons
Experience using business intelligence techniques, tools, and databases
Ability to adhere to reporting and planning deadlines
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (required).
Certification or Master's degree is a plus.
