CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Under the supervision of the CEOthe incumbent, personally or through subordinates, directs the financial affairs of the Enterprise. Specifically, the incumbent prepares required financial statements and analysis of operations, creates proformas for new projects, reviews systems for efficiency improvement, is involved in the strategic planning process and any other projects as required, and has direct oversight of all Enterprise financial activities. This position will also function aschief Enterprise liaison with Financial Institutions and lenders.

Minimum Requirements:

Must adhere to Casino Pauma Policies and Procedures.

Develops, analvzes and interprets statistical and accounting information in order to assess operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and industry benchmarks.
 
Establishes major economic objectives and policies for Casino Pauma and prepares reports that detail the Enterprise's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and eamings based on past, present and future operations.

Prepares and reviews proformas and budgets of new and existing operations.

Directs and provides support for the Financial Controllers department.

Analyzes and develops policies, procedures and systems to ensure effective internal controls, optimum
effidencies and improvement of processes.

Establishes and/or maintains effective aedlt and collection procedures designed to enhance business
opportunities aswell asprofltabillty.

Works with external auditors and other third parties on financial matters as necessary.

Participates in the company's review and recommendations for appropriate insurance coverage against
property loss and liability.

Furnishes intemal reports as requested by senior management; revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient.

Participates in special projects as requested by senior management.

Promotes positive public/employee relations at-all times.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard free work envirenment within area of responsibility. Performs all other related and compatible duties asassigned. 

Education and Experience

Must have it Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance as well as ten years of experience in an accounting/financial management area at a senior level of gaming/hospitality and possess financial analysis experience in the
gaming/hospitality industry of at least seven years. SEC reporting and investor relations experience, and CPA designation or MBA preferred.
